Each access to the contents of the website temporarily stores data that may allow identification. The following data are collected:
- Date and time of access
- IP address
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Website from which the website was accessed
- Websites accessed via the website
- Visited page on our website
- Notification of whether the retrieval was successful
- Transferred data volume

The temporary storage of the data is necessary for the course of a website visit to enable the delivery of the website. Further storage in log files is carried out to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of information technology systems. This purpose also constitutes our legitimate interest in data processing.
b. On what legal basis are these data processed?
The data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DS-GVO.
c. How long are the data stored?
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. In the case of providing the website, this is when the respective session is ended. Log files are stored for a maximum of 24 hours directly and exclusively accessible to administrators. Afterward, they are only indirectly available via the reconstruction of backup tapes and are finally deleted after a maximum of four weeks.
III. Rights of Data Subjects
a. Right to Information
You may request information under Art. 15 DS-GVO about your personal data that we process.
b. Right to Object
You have the right to object on special grounds (see under section II).
c. Right to Rectification
If the data concerning you are no longer (or never were) accurate, you can request rectification under Art. 16 DS-GVO. If your data are incomplete, you can request their completion.
d. Right to Erasure
You can request the erasure of your personal data under Art. 17 DS-GVO.

g. Right to Data Portability
If the conditions of Art. 20 para. 1 DS-GVO are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or a third party. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are mandatory for the operation of the website. Therefore, they are not based on consent under Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DS-GVO or a contract under Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DS-GVO, but are justified under Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DS-GVO. You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out based on Article 6 Para. 1 letter f DS-GVO. The controller will no longer process the personal data unless he can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are mandatory for the operation of the website.
